Never let a card credit quietly expire.
Credit Cadence shows what's left on every statement credit, when it resets, and what your annual fee actually got you. No bank login. No card numbers.
in Amex Platinum credits that reset between today and December 31 if they go unused.
credits across four cards, each checked against the issuer's own page.
bank logins, card numbers or transactions. Ever.
What's riding on your cards
Premium cards pay you back in tiny, expiring pieces.
A $15 credit here, $100 a quarter there, a hotel credit that resets every six months. Tap the cards in your wallet.
That's 16 credits on 89 different deadlines a year. Your fees only pay off if you actually use them.
How it works
Set up in about five minutes.
Pick your cards
Start from a verified template — every credit, amount and reset rule is filled in. Or add any card yourself.
Log what you use
One tap per credit, with what it was really worth to you. Refunds and partial uses just work.
Get reminded
Add every reset to your own calendar, with a nudge a week and a day before each one runs out.
Free demo · no account
Try it with a sample card.
This is a made-up example card. Log a credit, open the Cards tab, change the time zone. Nothing you type here leaves your browser.
Built for the credits, not the clutter
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
What's left, sorted by deadline
The next credit to lapse is always at the top, with exactly how much is left and how many days you have.
Every kind of reset
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, calendar-year and card-year credits, plus the every-four-years Global Entry kind.
Face value vs. worth to you
A $25 streaming credit you'd never pay for isn't worth $25. Log both and the fee maths stays honest.
Keep-or-cancel, before the fee posts
See whether a card earned its fee for you this card year, in your own numbers.
Reminders in your calendar
Download the next 12 months of resets into Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar. No app notifications to ignore.
Sourced and dated
Every template links to the issuer's benefits page and shows when we last checked it.
Privacy
What we store, plainly.
Nothing about your cards. Credit Cadence runs in your browser and keeps your cards and logs on your device. When you buy, Stripe handles the payment and keeps your email so you can unlock the app on another device. That's all.
Template sources
Checked against the issuer. Dated.
Benefits change. Each template links to the page we read it from and the day we last checked.

Questions
Does it connect to my bank?
No. You log what you use yourself — one tap per credit. That's the trade for never handing an app your bank login, and it's why there's nothing to re-link when your bank changes its security.
Why pay when free spreadsheets exist?
A sheet is a list. Credit Cadence works out every reset date for you — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, card-year — sorts them by deadline, reminds you before they lapse, and tracks what each credit was really worth to you. Try the demo and decide.
Which cards are supported?
Amex Platinum, Amex Gold, Sapphire Reserve, Venture X have ready-made templates. You can add any other card and its credits yourself in under a minute.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser, on your device. We don't have a database of users or cards. Download a backup to move to another device; buying again is never needed — unlock with your checkout email.
Will it tell me whether to cancel a card?
It shows your own numbers: what's been credited, what it was worth to you, and the fee. The decision is yours — this isn't financial advice.
What if a card's benefits change?
Templates are updated for 12 months after you buy, and each one shows the date it was last checked against the issuer's page.
Is this made by Amex, Chase or Capital One?
No. Credit Cadence is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any card issuer.
What if it's not for me?
Email us within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
